BOCA "Skinny" Nachos

6 flour tortillas (6 inch), each cut into 8 wedges

1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen BOCA Ground Crumbles

1 tomato, chopped

1/2 cup finely chopped onions

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

1 tsp. crushed red pepper

3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese


HEAT oven to 350ºF. Spread tortilla wedges onto baking sheet; spray with cooking spray. Bake 5 min. or until lightly browned. Cool.

MEANWHILE, cook all remaining ingredients except cheese in nonstick skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until heated through (160ºF), stirring occasionally.

ARRANGE chips on 6 plates; top with crumbles mixture and cheese.

Variation

Prepare tortilla chips and crumbles mixture as directed. Spread chips with fat-free refried beans; top with crumbles mixture and your favorite taco toppings, such as chopped avocados, salsa and fat-free sour cream.
