BOCA Baked Penne

1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce

1 container (16 oz.) low-fat cottage cheese

3 cups (12 oz.) penne pasta, cooked, drained

2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

2 cups frozen BOCA Ground Crumbles

2 green peppers, chopped

1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese


HEAT oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients except mozzarella; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

TOP with mozzarella.

BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.
